I recently purchased a quartz torch from ACCUSCIENCE for our Thermo 6500 dual view ICP. The torch appeared to be made of high quality materials and the dimensions appeared to be identical to the Thermo torch. We put the torch in service in September 2016 and it is still in service today. The instrument performance has not changed since using the aftermarket ACCUSCIENCE torch. It has performed identical to the Therno manufactured torch’s in my opinion. The torch performance is reliable and it is also very durable. I highly recommend Sherif Khilla and ACCUSCIENCE and the quartz torch they currently manufacture.
